“A wonderful caring home where everyone from the cleaners, to the handyman, to the management make you feel welcome, whether as a resident or family member.

Cumnor Hill is clean, spacious and has all the facilities needed for exceptional care of its residents. Also, the food is great.

My mum stayed here for 2 weeks and loved it, likening it to a 5* hotel. She made friends here both with the residents and staff.

It is so nice to be able to attend social events at Cumnor Hill such as coffee mornings and special events as it keeps mums happy memories of her stay alive so she won't worry when she comes to stay again. She is already booked in for 2 more stays.

I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Cumnor Hill House.”

“Came here for respite care and was very impressed. Lovely room looking out onto the garden. Staff very friendly and supportive. Food excellent and plenty of it. Free to do as I wanted, no regimentation. Would definitely come here again for respite care.”

“My father spent his last four months at Cumnor Hill House. He was very, very happy there. A purpose built, modern, elegant building in beautiful grounds. Everyone that visited him was immediately impressed by their reception, all the qualities of a top rate hotel. However, most importantly all left with a lasting memory of the friendly, good-natured and very professional staff. When visiting we enjoyed dining with him, especially in the bar/bistro. We had hoped to see rugby in the cinema with him and spend Christmas with him, sadly not to be. However, we have fond memories of all the regular entertainments on Thursdays and much more besides. The highlight of his stay was the 40's garden party where everyone (staff and residents alike) dressed in period costume, Winston Churchill spoke and introduced the Andrews sisters! Fun was had by all! All in all what a marvellous home it was for him.”
