Dementia Drop in Session - Success!

We would just like to say thank you to Charlotte from Girling's Solicitors for holding a Dementia Awareness session here at St Michaels. Our Staff, Residents and their families found this very informative and interesting.Thank you again! Please keep an eye out for future support groups via our Facebook Page or our Website.

OPEN DAY - THURSDAY 20TH JUNE

We are opening our doors on Thursday 20th June for a couple of hours to the public and professionals alike. Come along and see our home, meet our friendly staff and residents, enjoy the peaceful  surroundings and communal areas.

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and give you a tour and an insight as to how we accomodate the needs of our residents and their families.

Join us from 2p.m - 4p.m. Refreshments will be available.

Become a Dementia Friend

On the 14th May 2019 at 2.30p.m. we will be holding a Free Interactive Information Session at St Michaels. It is for anybody is interested in learning more about this life changing condition. Please take a look at the poster for how to register your interest.

May Entertainment Dates

Throughout May we will have some of our regular entertainers and will be introducing a Folk singer too.

On Thursday 2nd May at 2p.m, Darren who is a regular visitor to St Michaels will perform some memorable hits over the past three decades.




On Wednesday 8th at 2p.m. we have singer songwriter Helen North making her first visit to us.

Helen sings and writes folk songs and Sea Shanties she is also  a regular performer at Folk Festivals.

We look forward to welcoming her to St Michaels.




On Thursday 23rd May John & Angie will be performing for us in our Old Chapel at 2pm.


Spring Time Party

Spring is officially with us, and Easter is not far behind, so to welcome the change of season we are holding a Spring Time Party on Thursday 25th April at 2pm.

Our Garden Room will be decorated with all things Springtime along with Easter bonnets made by our residents.

Food and refreshments will be available, there will be some lovely Raffle prizes too, so make sure you have a ticket!

Live music will be performed by Lee Patrick who makes a welcome return visit to St Michaels.

Come and join the fun!
